Salary: $145,000 - $155,000/year + 5% Bonus + Benefits

Overview
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can drive high-visibility and impact change programs in our company.
Enthusiastic individual with significant experience in driving major change programs with significant technology components as enablers of the change, and in close collaboration with product development, customer, and business teams.
This person will be taking the lead on some of our most critical change programs and taking responsibility for driving our overall change program planning, governance, and delivery from start to finish.
You will be part of a rapidly expanding Product & Engineering and ITOps organization.
You will engage directly with senior leadership teams and be an intrinsic part of delivering innovation to the business.
Responsibilities
Develops programs from a blank slate and, for selected projects, develops project objectives, scope, deliverables, and a corresponding project plan to reach objectives
Directs daily operations of the program, ensuring end-to-end delivery, managing workstreams, third parties, and handling risks and interdependencies.
Utilizes projects and change management skills to lead and implement changes, ensuring alignment with program goals.
Responsible for delivery across various streams (Product & tech teams, Business teams, Customers, where applicable), focusing on achieving desired outcomes and realizing benefits.
Works closely with key stakeholders to ensure the program reflects business needs and effectively integrates changes into business teams.
Establishes a governance framework for appropriate oversight and control, managing project deliverables, plans, and budgets.
Manage program reporting, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with the broader business transformation strategy.
Collaborate with third-party providers to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery, proactively managing risks for the best business outcomes.

Required Skills
Minimum 10 years’ experience within customer delivery projects and project management.
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Administration, or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.
Experience working with modern product agile mindset development teams, driving projects with fixed scope and timelines.
