Segmented is a mobile game application by Lively Dodo Studios. At Lively Dodo Studios, we take your privacy and security very seriously. This privacy policy presents the Segmented application with regard to the processing of your data and aims to reflect the standards of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What Information Does Segmented Collect?

Segmented does not collect any user data or personal information. Segmented does not transmit any data off the user's device.

Segmented only processes data ephemerally. This means it only accesses and uses data stored in the device's memory and retains it for no longer than necessary to fulfill the request in real-time. The data that is processed ephemerally consists only of Segmented's own game data. This is data that Segmented saves to and reads from the user's device to enable the normal operation of the application.

What Information Do Third-Party Services Collect?

Segmented uses the Google Play Games Service SDK. This gives the user access to game achievements and public leaderboards. This is third-party software by Google that may collect user information. Segmented was developed using the Unity game development platform. Segmented uses a third-party analytics service made by Unity to help improve the application's gaming experience. Information may be collected by Unity's analytics in certain events for performance and diagnostic purposes. Segmented also uses Unity's in-app purchasing service. Required Device Permissions

Segmented does not require any application permissions to be set on the user's device.

Children's Privacy

Segmented does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data or personal information from children under the age of 13.

By using the Segmented application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this privacy policy. You have the right to opt out by uninstalling the Segmented application from your device. This will immediately prevent Segmented and its third-party services from processing your data.
