Super secret, almost super powered assassin, Harris Vincent, works for a top secret arm of the U.S. Government, but he isn't too happy about it. When his vacation gets cancelled he starts disobeying orders and, well, it gets out of hand pretty quickly. The president gets blackmailed, among other things.
