For help, include your app version, device model and a description of the issue. Please do not email intimate journal entries or unnecessary health information.
Premium: open Profile > A little more See to view plans. Use Restore Purchases on that screen to restore an active purchase with the same Apple Account. Manage or cancel subscriptions in device Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Deleting See or its journal does not cancel a subscription. PRIVACY POLICY
This policy describes the current See: Period Tracker application, a personal wellness journal for adults 18+. Core tracking does not require a See account.
Information you choose to record
Your journal may include a preferred name and age; cycle and bleeding dates; symptoms, mood, energy, sleep, temperature, water intake, tests, medications and notes; tracking mode, pregnancy due date, postpartum details, appointments, reminders and preferences. Optional fields may be left blank.
Storage and retention
The journal is stored in protected local app files and excluded from device backup. The current app does not upload your health database to a See backend or store it in iCloud. Records remain until you edit, delete or reset them. Removing the app or losing your device may lose local records. Export records you wish to keep. App lock adds a device-authentication access check; it is not a claim of end-to-end encryption or guaranteed anonymity.
Optional Apple Health
With permissions you choose, See can read recorded menstrual flow and save selected flow days you confirm. The current integration does not write predictions, notes, tests or symptoms. Source identifiers help avoid duplicate records. Deleting the See journal does not delete Apple Health data. A separate control removes only Health records created by See. Other apps' Health records are not deleted. Manage access in system Health settings.
Optional paired Apple Watch
When enabled, a limited summary and recent flow, mood and non-intimate symptoms transfer to your paired Watch using WatchConnectivity. Name, age, notes, tests, medication and custom or intimate tags are excluded. Offline changes queue until connection. Disabling sharing reaches the Watch when devices reconnect; previously viewed or copied information cannot be recalled.
Reminders, widgets and exports
Notifications are optional. The operating system receives schedules and selected wording; reminders use discreet wording by default. Widgets provide a generic journal shortcut. CSV, JSON and optional Premium PDF exports contain selected fields and are shared to destinations you choose. Copies outside See remain under your control and cannot be removed by resetting the app.
Purchases and third parties
Apple processes payments. See uses verified StoreKit product and transaction information to unlock and restore Premium. Health records are not included in purchase metadata. See does not receive full payment-card details. Apple's services are governed by Apple's policies. The current app contains no advertising, session replay or third-party analytics SDK and does not sell reproductive records. External educational links open source sites without appending journal data; those sites have their own policies. This support website is hosted by Google Sites; Google may process visitor information under its privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Your choices
Edit or delete individual days, remove personal details, export records, disable Watch sharing and delete the local journal from Profile. Manage Health and notification permissions in system settings. There is no See account service in this version. Future remote account, sharing or sync services would require updated disclosure and consent before transferring health records. For privacy questions or requests, contact shehabahmed.f@icloud.com. This policy may be updated as the app changes; the date above identifies this version.
TERMS OF USE
See is a wellness journal for adults 18+. Estimates and educational content are not diagnosis, treatment, contraception or emergency monitoring. Calendar records cannot confirm ovulation, pregnancy or a medical condition. Seek qualified healthcare advice for medical concerns. Premium adds tools and does not improve medical accuracy.
Free features include core logging, calendar history, basic estimates and three-month summaries, privacy controls, deletion, Apple Health controls and CSV/JSON exports. Premium adds six- and twelve-month insights, mood/energy/sleep charts, PDF reports and expanded tags, favourites and reminders, as described on the purchase screen. Availability depends on platform and store configuration. Unavailable future services are not part of the offer.
Weekly, monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices and billing terms appear before Apple's purchase confirmation. Cancel through your Apple Account before renewal to prevent the next charge. Lifetime is a one-time purchase for the Premium tools described in the app; it does not cancel an existing subscription. Restore eligible purchases from the Premium screen. Apple manages refunds, and applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
The app licence uses Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
You control what you record and where you export it. Local deletion, Apple Health deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions. Keep exports when needed because device loss or uninstalling the app may remove your journal.
