How to Request Deletion of Your Seedly Account and Data

If you would like to permanently delete your Seedly account and all data associated with it, you can request this at any time. Deleting your account will remove:

• Your profile information
  
  

• Your garden data
  
  

• Uploaded plant photos
  
  

• Any other information stored in your account
  
  

Once completed, this process is permanent and cannot be undone.

Step 1 — Send a Deletion Request

Email us at gardenwisedev@gmail.com using the subject line:
“Account Deletion Request”

Include the following details in your message:

• Your full name
  
  

• The email address you used to sign in
  
  

• A clear statement that you want your account deleted
  
  

If you prefer, you can copy and paste our deletion request template.

Step 2 — Identity Confirmation (If Needed)

We may contact you to confirm that you are the account owner. This is to protect your data from unauthorized deletion.

Step 3 — Data Removal

Once confirmed, we will delete:

• Your account
  
  

• All profile information
  
  

• Garden entries
  
  

• Uploaded images
  
  

• Stored location-based data
  
  

• Any other associated information saved in Firebase
  
  

After deletion is complete, we will notify you by email.

Step 4 — Sign-In Disabled

Once your data is removed, you will no longer be able to log into Seedly using your email or Google account.
