Are you a writer who interested in writing about science? Are you a scientist who is interested in reaching a wider circle of audience? Come join us for a workshop on communication of science. Julie Sedivy will give a public lecture on intersections of academic, creative, and journalistic writing (11/7) and lead hands-on tutorials (11/8). This event is open to public and welcomes non-UR-affiliated writers from the community.

Julie Sedivy is a language scientist who spent twelve years as a faculty member with an active lab in the Department of Cognitive and Linguistic Sciences at Brown University.
