Certain features or content in our apps may be available for purchase ("In-App Purchases"). If you choose to make a purchase, you agree to pay the applicable fees. In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing or discontinue products or services offered through the apps.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the apps will immediately cease.
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the apps will function without interruption, errors, or that they will be free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Berf Apps shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the apps.
These Terms of Service and your use of our apps shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Berf Apps, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
