1. Use of the App

Secure Sweep is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not misuse the App, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it in a way that could harm us or other users.

2. Permissions and Access

The App requires certain permissions to deliver its functions, such as access to photos, videos, calendar, and network information. By granting permissions, you allow the App to perform features including photo/video cleaning, event removal, private storage, network speed testing, and Wi-Fi safety checks.

You may revoke permissions at any time through your device settings.

Revoking permissions may limit the App’s functionality.

3. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Secure Sweep. By using the App, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

4. Paid Features and Subscriptions

Certain features of the App may be available through in-app purchases or subscriptions.

All payments are securely processed through the Apple App Store. We do not handle or store your payment details.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

5. Data Loss Disclaimer

When using cleaning features, files such as photos, videos, or calendar events may be permanently deleted.

We strongly recommend backing up your important data before using these features.

We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from your use of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, functionality, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App provides cleaning and security tools but does not guarantee complete protection or performance improvement of your device.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms of Use or misuse the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [insert your jurisdiction, e.g., United States], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App, and the “Effective Date” will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
