No Connection Logs: We do NOT log, record, or monitor your VPN connections, connection timestamps, session durations, or bandwidth usage.
No Traffic Logs: We do NOT log, record, or track your originating IP address, DNS queries, web destinations, data payloads, metadata, or search histories.
Privacy-First Routing: Our premium secure routing network utilizes servers physically situated in privacy-friendly jurisdictions, including Switzerland, Iceland, and the Netherlands.
We collect only the bare minimum of data necessary to authenticate users, manage active premium sessions, and process payments:
Account Credentials: If you register an account, we store your email address and authentication tokens via Firebase Authentication. This data is kept secure and is never disclosed.
Subscription Status: We synchronize your purchase history and subscription status (Weekly, Monthly, or Annual) securely via Google Play Billing and the RevenueCat SDK.
Diagnostics (Optional): We may collect anonymized system crash data (via Firebase Crashlytics) to diagnose performance bugs. This contains no personally identifiable data.
For users utilizing our Free Tier, we integrate Google AdMob (with Unity Ads mediated backfill) to serve advertisements.
Consent Management: Free tier users are presented with a User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent sheet. This form empowers you to customize personalized ad-tracking consent in strict accordance with GDPR (Europe) and CCPA (California) guidelines.
Ad-Free Promotion: Free tier users can claim a 24-hour ad-free period by engaging with our official companion app, "WorldCup AI 2026." During this promo, ad-loading and tracking are completely paused.
Absolute Security: Under no circumstances is your secure VPN browsing activity shared with advertising partners or third-party networks.
We fully support your right to have all your personal information permanently deleted.
In-App Account Deletion: You can trigger immediate account erasure inside the app by navigating to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Out-of-App Data Deletion: You can request account deletion out-of-band at any time by visiting our public data erasure portal: https://novacoredigital.tech.
SLA Timeframe: Deleting your account permanently and irreversibly wipes your email address, favorites list, server preferences, custom configurations, and signs you out of all sessions. All requests are completely processed and purged within 30 days.
