All OTP data remains stored locally on your device only.

2. Offline Functionality

SecureOTP works completely offline.

The application:

• Does not require user login

• Does not use cloud synchronization

• Does not use external servers

• Does not upload authentication data

• Does not share OTP secrets with third parties

Your authentication secrets never leave your device.

3. Local Data Storage

Authentication secrets and application settings are securely stored locally on your device using encrypted secure storage.

Security measures include:

• AES-256 encryption

• Android Keystore protection

• Secure local storage

• Fingerprint protection

• Screenshot protection

4. Biometric Authentication

SecureOTP may use fingerprint authentication to protect access to the application.

Important:

• Fingerprint data is never stored by SecureOTP

• Biometric verification is handled directly by your device operating system

• The app only receives authentication success or failure results

5. Advertisements

SecureOTP uses Google AdMob advertisements.

Ads may be displayed in non-sensitive areas of the application.

Sensitive screens such as:

• QR scanner

• Fingerprint verification

• Backup import/export

• Settings

may not display advertisements.

Google may collect limited advertising-related information according to their own privacy policies.

6. Permissions Used

SecureOTP may request the following permissions:

Camera Permission

Used only for scanning QR codes to add authenticator accounts.

Biometric/Fingerprint Permission

Used only for securing access to the application.

No unnecessary permissions are requested.

We take security seriously.

Security features include:

• AES-256 encryption

• Secure local storage

• Offline OTP generation

• Clipboard auto-clear

• Auto-lock protection

• Rooted device warning detection

• Screenshot protection

However, no system can guarantee 100% security under all circumstances.

Users are responsible for securing their devices.

8. Third-Party Services

SecureOTP may use the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob

• Android biometric authentication APIs

• Flutter open-source packages

9. Children’s Privacy

SecureOTP is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
