The Service Provider may disclose user-submitted data and automatically collected information in the following situations:

You can terminate continuous data collection from your device by uninstalling the App. Uninstallation will stop the App from collecting new data, yet it cannot automatically erase information that has already been sent to the Service Provider or third-party collaborators.

The Service Provider reserves personal data only for periods necessary to fulfill the collection purposes, following the retention rules below:

Kindly note that partial user data is essential to maintain the normal operation of the App and cannot be fully removed.
This App is not designed for users under the age of 16, or the higher age limit stipulated by local applicable laws. The Service Provider will not actively collect personal information from minors or carry out targeted marketing to children.
If parental or guardian approval is legally required for minor users, the App shall not be used without such authorization. We will never intentionally gather identifiable personal data from users under 16 in violation of privacy laws. Once we confirm we have obtained personal information from minors without legal consent, all relevant records will be permanently cleared from our servers immediately. If local laws demand prior user approval for significant policy changes, we will obtain your consent before the new clauses take effect.
