PDF Reader – Secure & Offline is designed as a privacy-first, offline utility. **We do not collect, store, transmit, or share your PDF documents, images, or files.** All file editing, PDF manipulation, and image processing happen entirely locally on your device. Your files never leave your phone, and we have no access to them.

While we do not collect your personal files or documents, we do use third-party analytics services to help us improve the App's performance and stability. 

We collect the following anonymous data:

* **App Interactions (Analytics):** Information on how you navigate the App (e.g., which features are used most often). This helps us understand what features to improve.

* **Crash Logs & Diagnostics:** If the App crashes, we receive automated reports containing technical information about the crash (such as device model, operating system version, and the line of code that caused the crash). This helps us quickly identify and fix bugs.

To collect the anonymous analytics and crash logs mentioned above, we use Google Firebase (Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics). This data is securely transmitted to Google's servers.

* **Storage Access:** Required to open, edit, and save PDF files and images on your device.

* **Biometric Authentication (Fingerprint/Face):** Used exclusively for the optional "App Lock" feature to secure the App on your device. Your biometric data is processed entirely by your device's operating system and is never accessed or collected by us.

All anonymous analytics and diagnostic data collected via Firebase is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. 

## 6. Children's Privacy

Our App is a general audience utility and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
