Fairy Duster ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Secure Folder : Secure Vault (the "App"). This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our App. By using our app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
We collect the following types of information to provide and improve the App's functionality:
Collected Data: The App allows you to manage videos and photos, to view and to hide. All files related data, including file name, file path, type, metadata, and other related details, are stored locally on your device and not shared with third parties.
App Usage Data: We may collect anonymized app usage data, such as which features are used and how often, to improve the App. This data is collected through third-party services like Firebase Analytics and does not personally identify you.
Device Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access the App, such as hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers. This data helps improve the performance and compatibility of the App.
All data related to media is stored locally on your device. We do not upload or store this data on external servers. Any analytics data collected through third-party services (e.g., Firebase) is anonymized.
We employ appropriate security measures to protect your personal data, including encryption and regular security audits. However, no method of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
3. Payment Terms
Subscriptions: We have multiple active subscription such as monthly, weekly, yearly etc and purchase price vary from country to country, with automatic recurring payments.
Important Information for Users: When you purchase a subscription, the payment will be charged to your Google Pay account upon confirming the purchase.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Your Google Pay account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, and the renewal price will be shown.
After subscribing, you will get access to advanced features. You can manage your subscription, including turning off auto-renew, by going to your Account Settings in the app or Google Play Store after completing your purchase.
If a free trial is available, and you decide to subscribe before it ends, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited and will not carry over to the paid subscription.
We may offer paid services within the app. For these payments, we work with trusted third-party payment processors (like Google Pay). We do not store or handle your card details. The information you provide during payment is handled securely by the payment processors, following strict security standards set by PCI-DSS. This ensures your payment data is handled safely and securely.
The App itself does not use cookies, but third-party services like Google AdMob or Firebase Analytics may use cookies to collect anonymized information. You can manage cookies through your browser or device settings.
Google Ads :- We use Google AdMob(“com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads”) to display ads in the App. AdMob may collect data to serve personalized ads, including device identifiers, usage data, and location (if permitted). You may adjust your ad preferences in the device settings.
Facebook Ads: We use Facebook Ads(“com.google.ads.mediation:facebook”) for Serve ads from the Facebook Audience Network in your app through Google AdMob. This includes banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded video ads, and native ads.
In App Purchase :- We use IAP("com.github.akshaaatt:Google-IAP") and BillingClient(“com.android.billingclient:billing”) to manage in-app purchases.
Accessing User Location: (“com.google.android.gms:play-services-location”) You can retrieve the device’s last known location, as well as request periodic updates of the user’s current location (e.g., GPS or network location).
Firebase Analytics :- We use Firebase Analytics (“com.google.firebase:firebase-analytics”) to collect unidentified app usage data, such as feature engagement and crash reports, to improve the App's performance. This data does not personally identify you.
Multidex :- Used to enable multidex(“com.android.support:multidex”) support in Android apps that exceed the 64K method limit, allowing them to split into multiple DEX files for proper functionality.
Lottie Animation :- We use Lottie(“com.airbnb.android:lottie”) for show animations.
Gson :- We use Gson("com.google.code.gson:gson") for data conversion and management within the app.
SDP and SSP :- We use SDP("com.intuit.sdp:sdp-android") SSP("com.intuit.ssp:ssp-android") to manage responsive and flexible user interface across different device ratios and sizes.
Google Map :- The dependency(“com.google.android.gms:play-services-maps”) is part of the Google Play Services Maps SDK, which allows developers to integrate Google Maps into Android applications. It provides APIs to embed and manipulate maps in your app, enabling a variety of mapping features such as displaying locations, adding markers, handling user interactions with the map, and customizing the map's appearance.
Tab Switcher :- The (“com.github.michael-rapp:chrome-like-tab-switcher“) is a library for Android that enables you to implement a tab switching interface similar to Google Chrome's tab switcher. This library provides a highly customizable way to switch between tabs, resembling the card stack layout seen in web browsers.
Floating Button :- The (“com.getbase:floatingactionbutton“) is a library for Android that provides an easy-to-use Floating Action Button (FAB) implementation with extended features. A Floating Action Button is a circular button that floats above content and is often used for the primary action of an application. This library allows you to use multiple floating action buttons, with additional customizations and animations beyond the default Android FAB.
Switch BUtton :- The (“com.github.zcweng:switch-button“) is an Android library that provides a custom switch button, similar to the native Android Switch or ToggleButton, but with additional customization options. This library is useful when you need to implement a switch UI element with a more stylized or unique design than the standard components.
Billing :- The (“org.solovyev.android:checkout“) library is an Android library designed to simplify the process of integrating in-app purchases into Android applications. This library provides a straightforward API for managing purchases, handling billing, and managing subscriptions, making it easier for developers to implement monetization strategies in their apps.
Month Picker :- The (“com.github.kal72:RackMonthPicker“) is an Android library that provides a user-friendly month picker dialog. This library allows developers to easily implement a month selection feature in their applications, making it ideal for apps that require users to select a month and year, such as calendar apps, expense trackers, or event planners.
ApiSense :- The (“io.apisense:rhino-android“) library is a part of the ApiSense SDK, which is designed to help developers monitor and analyze user interactions
with their mobile applications. The library provides tools for integrating analytics, user behavior tracking, and engagement insights into Android applications.
Calligraphy :- The (“uk.co.chrisjenx:calligraphy“)library is an Android library that simplifies the process of using custom fonts in Android applications. It allows developers to easily apply custom fonts across their entire application or to specific views without the need for extensive boilerplate code.
Execute JavaScript Code :- The (“io.apisense:rhino-android“)library is an Android library designed to provide a lightweight, embeddable JavaScript engine for Android applications. This library is based on Mozilla's Rhino JavaScript engine, which is written in Java and allows Java applications to execute JavaScript code.
Apply Custom Fonts :- The (“uk.co.chrisjenx:calligraphy“)library is an Android library that simplifies the process of applying custom fonts throughout your Android application. It allows you to easily set custom fonts for your text views and other UI elements without having to set them individually in every layout.
Blur Effect :- The (“io.alterac.blurkit:blurkit“) library is an Android library designed for efficiently creating and applying blur effects to views or images in your Android applications. It utilizes RenderScript to provide high-quality blur effects while maintaining good performance, making it a popular choice for developers looking to enhance their app's user interface.
RxJava :- RxJava(“io.reactivex.rxjava2:rxjava”) is a popular library for composing asynchronous and event-based programs using observable sequences in Java.
Glide :- We use Glide("com.github.bumptech.glide:glide") to display any images/media within the App efficiently.
Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third-party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

The Company will disclose and deliver the required information free of charge within 45 days of receiving Your verifiable request. The time period to provide the required information may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonable necessary and with prior notice.
The App may request the following permissions:
Wake lock :- Keep the screen on during critical tasks that require user attention, ensuring that the session is not interrupted due to the device timing out.
Network Access :- This may be required for downloading updates or serving advertisements. It is also necessary for Google AdMob, Firebase, and other third-party services integrated into the App. android.permission.INTERNET android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE
User Account Access :- The app may utilize the GET_ACCOUNTS permission to retrieve a list of accounts that are present on the device. Read External Storage Access :- This permission allows an application to read data from the device's external storage. android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Write External Storage Access :- The android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission allows an application to write to external storage, such as saving files, images, or other data. This permission is classified as "dangerous," which means that users must grant it explicitly at runtime on devices running Android 6.0 (API level 23) and higher.
Camera Access :- The android.permission.CAMERA permission in Android is required to access the device's camera hardware. When an app requests this permission, it indicates that the app will use the camera to capture images or video, or to display the camera feed.
Flashlight Access :- The android.permission.FLASHLIGHT permission is used in Android applications to access and control the device's flashlight (or camera flash). This permission allows an app to turn on or off the flash LED for various purposes, such as using the flashlight feature in a flashlight app or enhancing camera functionality during low-light conditions.
Record Audio Access :- The android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO permission in Android is required for applications that need to record audio through the device's microphone. This permission is commonly used in apps that provide voice recording, voice calls, audio messaging, or any functionality that involves capturing audio input.
Contacts Access :- The permissions READ_CONTACTS and WRITE_CONTACTS may be required to access your device's contacts locally on your device in order to display and manage contacts, contact details, calling any saved contact from your device etc. We do not store or transmit your contact data to any third parties. android.permission.WRITE_CONTACT android.permission.READ_CONTACT
Notification Access :- The app may utilize the POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission to send notifications related to incoming events or other relevant app updates. These notifications are solely for the purpose of enhancing your user experience within the app android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS
Foreground Service - User Awareness :- When a foreground service is running, the system shows a persistent notification in the status bar, making the user aware of the ongoing task. This notification helps users understand that an app is actively doing something in the background. android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE
Overlay Applications: This permission is commonly used by apps that provide floating windows or overlays. For example, chat applications may use it to create chat heads that can be moved around the screen. android.permission.SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW
Vibrate :- Trigger vibration notifications: Apps can trigger vibrations for alerts, notifications, and haptic feedback to inform the user of events. android.permission.VIBRATE
Background Service Access :- The android.permission.ACCESS_BACKGROUND_SERVICE permission in Android is used to allow an application to start background services that perform long-running operations when the app is not in the foreground. This permission is particularly relevant for apps that need to perform tasks like syncing data, monitoring location, or handling notifications while the app is not actively used by the user.
C2D Message Access :- The permission com.secure.folder.locker.photovideohide.permission.C2D_MESSAGE is a custom permission often associated with apps that implement Google Cloud Messaging (GCM) or Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
C2D Message Receive Access :- The permission com.google.android.c2dm.permission.RECEIVE is associated with the Google Cloud Messaging (GCM) service, which is now deprecated and replaced by Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). This permission allows an application to receive messages sent from a server using the C2DM (Cloud to Device Messaging) service.
Boot Complete Access :- The android.permission.RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED permission allows an app to receive a broadcast when the device has finished booting up. This permission is commonly used for apps that need to perform certain actions or start services automatically after the device restarts.
Provide Badge Read Access :- The permission com.sec.android.provider.badge.permission.READ is specific to Samsung devices and is related to managing app badges (notification dots) on the app icons. This permission allows an application to read badge counts, which are used to indicate the number of unread notifications or alerts associated with that app.
Provide Badge Write Access :- The permission com.sec.android.provider.badge.permission.WRITE is specific to Samsung devices and is related to managing app badges (notification dots) on app icons. This permission allows an application to update the badge count, which indicates the number of unread notifications or alerts associated with that app.
Htc Launcher Read Setting Access :- The permission com.htc.launcher.permission.READ_SETTINGS is specific to HTC devices and is related to accessing certain settings or configurations for the HTC launcher. This permission allows applications to read the launcher-related settings that may include information about how the app icons are displayed, notification badges, or other user interface elements provided by the HTC launcher.

Finsky Bind Get Install Referrer Service :- The permission com.google.android.finsky.permission.BIND_GET_INSTALL_REFERRER_SERVICE is associated with the Google Play Store and is used to access the Install Referrer API. This permission allows an application to bind to the Install Referrer service, which provides information about how the app was installed on a device, particularly in the context of marketing and user acquisition.
All Application data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be deleted from your device. Any data collected by third-party services is subject to their data retention policies.
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.
Service Providers have access to Your Personal Data only to perform their tasks on Our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
