Collation is the order of elements in a list.
Numbers and alphabets are the basic systems of collation that we use to organize lists, and the collation formats organize and formulate their respective primary applications of mathematics and language. A semantic collation is the formula for organizing large listings of general information. It is a little bit more versatile than the library classification systems, which are only applicable for organizing library bookshelves.
The use of a semantic collation (list of concepts) is a system navigation feature that the Dewey Decimal and Library of Congress classification systems lack. This inadequacy is the root cause of the political and social disorder we endure. It is an underdeveloped, imminently necessary social construct that has been disregarded for various and unknown reasons.
Philosophy, library science, political science, social science, law- somebody somewhere among all the trillions of scholars before me should have figured this out.
It is much more easily disregarded now because of the random-access search queries we have on the Internet.
Artificial Intelligence does not know how to use the Secular Library Classification system to calculate peaceful solutions to political and social problems because AI needs to be programmed to use the collation format, and people need to recognize that it is a reliable system wth a peculiar application like arithmetic and language.
The collation format gives structure to the interrogative list, which is probably something that researchers use, but may not have recognized as having a prime root that has more uses than just organizing research notes and materials.
