Description:

A very calm and level-headed soldier who loves to learn new things. Always follows the logic in his heart. He joined Raskol after meeting Perseus in a cafe while he was reading the news about the Chernobyl disaster. After some swapped opinions about last events, Perseus asked guy, want he or not to join them. Since Kaa was interested to develop something useful for military, he accepted the request.

Abilities:

• Can do a slide (if he does not wear an exoskeleton)

• Never wears a GP-5, preferring a standard reinforced helmet. He refused to give a reason for this.
