Sector Five Projects is a registered member of the Institute of Waste Management of Southern Africa and are currently employed by the Greater Kokstad Municipality.

The Institute of Waste Management of Southern Africa (IWMSA) is a multi-disciplinary non-profit association that is committed to supporting professional waste management practices.

Sector Five Projects is a voluntary member that promotes environmentally acceptable, cost effective and appropriate waste management practices. We strive towards the protection of the environment and people of Southern Africa from the adverse effects of poor waste management by supporting sustainable best practical environmental options.

Sector Five Projects is Registered with the Department of Labour as an Asbestos Contractor for the removal and disposal of Asbestos products.

We have a team of professionally trained staff to safely remove and dispose of all asbestos products in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993. Our staff are trained by an accredited training facility in line with the Act and are reviewed annually.

We have extensive experience and have dealt with Government departments and Parastatals such as Transnet and Department Of Education and Department of Public Works.
