End-User License Agreement (EULA) for SecretLog

Please read this End-User License Agreement carefully before downloading or using SecretLog.
1. Interpretation and Definitions
Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement:
Agreement: This End-User License Agreement that forms the entire agreement between You and the Developer regarding the use of the Application.
Application: Means the software program provided by the Developer, named SecretLog.
Developer: (referred to as "the Developer", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to the independent development team of SecretLog.
Device: Means any device that can access the Application such as a cellphone or a digital tablet.
You: Means the individual accessing or using the Application.
2. Acknowledgment
By downloading or using the Application, You are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Application is licensed, not sold, to You by the Developer for use strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3. License Scope
The Developer grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
4. Third-Party Services
The Application may display or link to third-party content or services. You acknowledge that the Developer is not responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, legality, or any other aspect. You access them entirely at your own risk.
5. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by You or the Developer. We may, at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement.
Upon termination, You shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your Device.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Developer harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, due to or arising out of your use of the Application or violation of this Agreement.
7. No Warranties
The Application is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will meet your requirements or be error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the entire liability of the Developer under any provision of this Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You for the Application or 100 USD if no purchase was made.
9. Governing Law
The laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer operates shall govern this Agreement and your use of the Application.
10. Changes to this Agreement
The Developer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. By continuing to use the Application after revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the updated terms.
