1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you use the App, we ask you to enter the following information:

• Name

• Date of Birth

• Habit entries — regular habits you choose to track (e.g., habit names, progress, streaks)

• Secret habit entries — habits you mark as "secret," which are hidden behind an in-app lock

• Diary entries — personal journal entries you write about your day, thoughts, or daily activities

• PIN/Password — a code you set within the App to lock and unlock your secret habits

Important: All of this information is stored only on your device (local storage). We do not transmit, upload, or store this information on any remote server, and we do not have access to it. Your diary entries are private to you and are never read, scanned, analyzed, or accessed by us. Your PIN/password is used solely to control access to the secret habits screen within the App on your own device — we cannot see, recover, or reset it, and it is never sent anywhere. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, all of this information (including your diary entries and PIN) is permanently deleted.

Information Collected Automatically (via Advertising)

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. To serve ads, AdMob may automatically collect certain information from your device, including:

• Advertising ID (a resettable, non-permanent device identifier)

• Device information (device type, operating system version)

• IP address (used to approximate general location)

• App usage and interaction data (e.g., ads viewed or clicked)

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us directly. Google may use this information to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud, in accordance with Google's own privacy practices.

The App uses local, on-device scheduling to send you reminder notifications (e.g., scheduled alerts you set within the App). These notifications are generated and scheduled entirely on your device — no notification content or scheduling data is sent to us or to any third-party server.

Permissions

The App may request the following device permissions:

• Notifications — to display scheduled reminders to you (e.g., when it's time to start a habit). You can disable notifications at any time through your device's Settings.

• Alarms & Reminders (Exact Alarm) — to schedule precise, time-based reminders so you're notified exactly at the time you set within the App for a habit to start.

• Storage — to save app data (such as your Name, Date of Birth, habit entries, secret habit entries, diary entries, and your PIN) locally on your device.

Network/Connectivity Checks

The App checks your device's internet connection status (e.g., to determine if ads can be loaded or to inform you if you're offline). This check only reads your device's connectivity state and does not transmit personal data.

In-App Review

The App may prompt you to leave a rating or review using your device's built-in App Store/Play Store review prompt. This interaction is handled entirely by Apple/Google and is not collected or stored by us.

Credits & Rewarded Ads

Access to your locked/secret habits requires "credits," which you earn for free by watching rewarded video ads served through Google AdMob. Your credit balance is calculated and stored only on your device (local storage) — it is not linked to your identity or synced to any server. Watching a rewarded ad involves the same AdMob data collection described above (advertising ID, device information, IP address, and ad interaction data), collected and processed by Google.

In-App Purchases

The App currently does not offer any paid in-app purchases. Access to locked secret habits is unlocked using free, ad-earned credits (see "Credits & Rewarded Ads" above), not a monetary purchase.

2. How We Use Information

• Name and Date of Birth are used only within the App, on your device, to provide the App's core functionality (e.g., personalization, age-appropriate display).

• Diary entries are used only to display them back to you within the App, so you can review your own past entries.

• We do not use this information for marketing, analytics, or any purpose outside the App itself, since it never leaves your device.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your Name, Date of Birth, habit entries, secret habit entries, diary entries, or PIN with any third party, because this data is never transmitted off your device.

The only third party involved in the App is Google AdMob, which independently collects device/advertising data as described in Section 1. We do not use any in-app purchase or payment processing services.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Since your Name, Date of Birth, habit entries, secret habit entries, diary entries, PIN, and credit balance are stored only in local device storage:

• The data persists only as long as the App is installed and its data is not cleared.

• You can delete this data at any time by clearing the App's storage/cache in your device settings, or by uninstalling the App.

• If you forget your PIN, note that since we cannot access or reset it remotely, recovering access to your secret habits may require clearing app data (which will also delete your habit history).

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA). Because we do not collect or store your Name or Date of Birth on any server, we do not hold this data ourselves. Requests related to advertising data collected by Google AdMob should be directed to Google directly via the link in Section 1.

6. Security

While your Name and Date of Birth never leave your device, we recommend keeping your device secured (e.g., with a passcode or biometric lock) to protect locally stored data.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
