Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the mobile and desktop application Secret of Saint Roman (hereinafter referred to as "the Application") created by Yugg. (hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider") as a free service.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these Terms. We strongly recommend that you read them carefully before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, translating, or attempting to extract the source code of the Application is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and intellectual property related to the Application remain the exclusive property of Yugg.

Modifications and Updates

The Service Provider reserves the right to update, modify, or charge for any part of the Application at any time. Any future charges or paid features (including downloadable content) will be clearly communicated. The Application is designed to support updates and may expand with free or paid add-ons over time.

Personal Data and Device Security

The Application may store and process personal data you provide to deliver its services. You are solely responsible for keeping your device secure. Jailbreaking or rooting your device is strongly discouraged, as it may expose it to malware, reduce security, or cause the Application to malfunction or stop working entirely.

Third-Party Services

The Application may use third-party services, each governed by their own terms and conditions, including:

Internet Connection and Device Use

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, via Wi-Fi or mobile data. If using the Application while roaming or abroad, you accept full responsibility for any additional data charges.

You are also responsible for ensuring your device is charged and functional. The Service Provider shall not be held liable if you cannot access the Application due to device-related issues.

App Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may update the Application to improve performance, add content, or ensure compatibility. You agree to install all offered updates. The Service Provider may also cease supporting or distributing the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination:

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content developed within the scope of the Application—3D models, voice-overs, environments, and text—is the intellectual property of the Abbaye de Saint-Roman, to whom Yugg. has transferred full rights in accordance with the terms of production.

Changes to This Agreement

The Service Provider may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted either in the Application or on the official website. You are encouraged to review them regularly.
