1. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

2. RESPECT FOR QUIETNESS AND NEIGHBORS
Secret Cottages is a calm and relaxing property.
We kindly ask all guests to:
* Respect quietness in rooms and common areas
* Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM
* Avoid loud conversations, parties, or excessive music
* Do not use powerful speakers in gardens, terraces, or pool areas
Management reserves the right to intervene immediately in case of noise disturbance.

3. OUTSIDE VISITORS
For security reasons:
* All outside visitors must be registered at reception
* Unregistered visitors are not allowed to use the resort facilities without prior authorization
* Management reserves the right to refuse access to anyone considered disruptive or inappropriate

4. DO NOT THROW PAPER INTO THE TOILETS
Plumbing systems in Thailand are different from many Western countries.
Please do not flush:
* Toilet paper
* Wet wipes
* Sanitary products
* Condoms
* Cotton products
* Any foreign objects
Sanitary bins are provided in every bathroom.
Any plumbing blockage caused by misuse may be charged to the guest.

5. SWIMMING POOL
For everyone’s comfort and safety:
* Pool opening hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
* Shower before entering the pool is recommended
* Diving is prohibited
* Children must always be supervised by an adult
* Glass bottles and breakable items are not allowed around the pool
* Please respect the peaceful atmosphere
The resort declines all responsibility for accidents or lost personal belongings.

6. RESPECT FOR ROOMS AND EQUIPMENT
Please take care of the rooms, furniture, and facilities provided.
It is prohibited to:
* Move furniture outside
* Damage decoration or equipment
* Use room towels outside the property
* Cook inside rooms without authorization

7. AIR CONDITIONING AND ENERGY SAVING
To help protect the environment:
* Please turn off air conditioning when leaving the room
* Keep doors and windows closed while air conditioning is running
* Turn off unnecessary lights

8. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE ROOMS
All rooms are non-smoking.
It is strictly prohibited to:
* Smoke inside rooms
* Use electronic cigarettes indoors
* Burn incense or candles inside the rooms
Outdoor smoking areas are available.
Additional cleaning fees may apply in case of smoke odor or damage.

* Do not leave food uncovered inside the rooms
* Dispose of waste in the provided bins
* Do not leave garbage bags outside the rooms

10. SHOES INSIDE THE ROOMS
In accordance with Thai culture, hygiene standards, and respect for the property, guests are kindly requested to remove their shoes before entering the rooms, cottages, and apartments.
Please use the designated area near the entrance for your shoes.
