You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

User Content

Users remain responsible for content they submit, including messages, profile information, and other materials.

By submitting content, users grant Second Life the right to store and display such content as necessary to operate the service.

Availability

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.

Future Premium Features

Second Life is currently free.

Optional premium features or subscriptions may be introduced in the future. Additional terms may apply to paid services.

Limitation of Liability

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuppers Future Lab LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Users may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
