Erasmus+ Project

The present learning partnership project proposal aims at enforcing its participating organizations (different adult education providers) with the capacity of developing specific short programs ("TRAMEUR " Modules in tangible and electronic formats) that contribute to the reinforcement of the links between education and labor market, in the actual social change of Europe.

Specific objectives:

Objective 1: to enhance the capability of partnership Erasmus+ professionals to formulate, elaborate and institutionally integrate e-learning and traditional learning short educational modules, SCE-TRAMEUR modules fostering learning context for skills and abilities in respect with individual socio-economical inclusion in the labor market:

Objective 2: to raise adult learner achievement in the framework of the reinforcing of the links between education and working life through SCE-TRAMEUR modules concept applied to marginalized people according with their skills, competencies, formal education and Labor Market needs (to analyze and tailor the compilation of SCE-TRAMEUR modules to the learners' characteristics and needs).

Objective 3: to contribute to the recognition of non-formal and informal education of the partnership participants which will be achieved through individual European mobility (being them either professional staff, trainers, teachers, persons involved in personal) or to contribute to LLP institutional development level (responsible for designing a curriculum for better professional programmes dedicated to re-integrate marginalized people back into Labor Market).

The objectives address the need to increase the efficiency, the attractively, the accessibility of short professional re-training modules (either e-Learning formats or more conventional ones) towards their adding value to an increase of marginalized people's employability, according with new jobs appearance on the labor market.

To achieve the learning providers' aims within this partnership, the project will develop specific "SCE-TRAMEUR" modules (according with each partner's background) for people in the risk of social-exclusion (mostly of them, adults with low educational background).
