Registration is open now
Are you interested in selling items in good condition?
Please either send the completed registration form to basar.deutschegemeindemalmoe@gmail.com, or email us with the following information:
Your name and Swish number
The sizes of children's clothing you plan to sell and the estimated number of items per size
What other items you would like to sell (e.g. toys, books, maternity wear, nursing accessories, baby gear, car/bike seats, CDs, cassettes, Tonies, TipToi, etc.)
All sales are made between private individuals. The number of sellers is limited.
What you need to know as a seller
Before you hand in your items
Each seller will receive a personal label code from us after registration, for example "Aa".
You price and label your items at home, in peace and quiet.
Label each item twice (!!) – once on the outside and once on the inside. This is a safety measure to ensure the item can still be linked to the correct seller if one label falls off in the hustle and bustle.
You can use masking tape that sticks well. A pricing gun (if you have one) works even better.
How to label your items
Price labels must include the following (in this order): Size (for clothes and shoes – either circled or underlined), your seller code, price in SEK. For example
68 (size for clothes) Aa (seller code) 15 (price SEK)
Additional information
Shoes must be tied together in pairs.
Items with multiple parts (like puzzles) must be securely packaged so they stay together.
Items without a label will not be sold!
Accurate labeling is the seller’s responsibility! We take no responsibility for lost or unlabeled items.
Do you want to donate your unsold items to charity?
If you’d like to donate any unsold items to a good cause, simply mark the price tag with an extra star or cross like this:
68 (size for clothes) Aa (seller code) 15 (price SEK) ❌ (donation if not sold)
