Meaning Behind the Our Logo

Our logo is a visual expression of who we are and what we believe at Second Friendship.

The Two Figures

The two individuals standing side-by-side represent unity, fellowship, and partnership in Christ. Their posture reflects our belief that the church is strongest when all God’s people stand together in love, support, and service.

The Church Shape Formed Between Them

As their raised hands create the outline of a church, it symbolizes that the people ARE the church. Second Friendship is built not on walls, but on a community committed to worship, discipleship, and spiritual growth.

The Cross

The cross lifted above them signifies that Christ is the center of all we do. He is our foundation, our focus, and the reason we gather.

The Golden Circle

The gold ring surrounding the image represents wholeness, eternity, and divine covering. It reminds us that we are part of God’s everlasting kingdom and that His unity binds us together.
