It all began in 2021 after Manda playtested Sakuya's PC RPG game, Twilight Memoria. He saw a passionate game developer with dedication and skill to make his vision a reality. Seeing a good opportunity and a common vision regarding video games, he then formed Seblacc Soft with Sakuya and Bagas. The three began recruiting their friends and acquaintances to develop Bail Force, their first game.
