My name is Sebastián Burgos Endara. I am currently an Adjunct Lecturer at Pennsylvania State University for the Fall 2025 semester. I received my PhD in Mathematics from Penn State in Summer 2025, as student member of the Anatole Katok Center for Dynamical Systems and Geometry, under the supervision of Yakov Pesin.

My research interests include smooth dynamical systems and ergodic theory, more specifically non-uniform hyperbolicity, thermodynamic formalism and dimension theory.

I received my bachelor's and master's degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile under the supervision of Godofredo Iommi.
