Welcome — I’m Sebastian.
I’m a counsellor and psychotherapist offering one-on-one and group therapy, both online and in-person. My work centres on connection, not correction — I don’t see people as problems to be solved, but as humans deserving of space, curiosity, and care.
You’ll find no pressure here to be anything other than who you are. I hold a calm, grounded space where your experience is met with presence, not judgement — a place where what’s difficult can be acknowledged, and where new possibilities can quietly emerge.
My approach is grounded in person-centred and trauma-aware practices. It’s influenced by relational neuroscience, somatic awareness, and the understanding that healing is not delivered — it’s co-created, in relationship. I don’t “apply” therapy to you — I walk with you, gently, and at your pace.
If you’re working through, or curious about, psychedelic experiences, I also offer thoughtful integration support. These moments can open up profound insight or stir deep discomfort — I offer a steady hand to help you make sense of it all.

Individual Therapy
