Co-Founders and Directors, Mrs. Carol Weaver and Dr. Elaine Denise Ray, are both highly skilled, state certified experienced educators with a passion for helping students discover and strive to achieve self and cultural awareness.

Mrs. Weaver and Dr. Ray, also a former principal, have collectively encouraged thousands of students throughout their careers as educators. Their experience spans the school districts of West Chester, Great Valley, Downingtown, Coatesville & Philadelphia. They are dedicated to encourage students to use their gifts, talents and abilities to create positive change in their churches, schools, neighborhoods, and communities.
