Teams have to wear the uniforms provided by tournament organizers to participate in the tournament.
Teams wanting to wear their own uniforms at any point of the tournament have to pay $1,000 to the organizers to have a special permission to wear non-tournament uniforms. This is the way we can assure our sponsors are well taken care of.
Will be placing the uniform order on August 1st so that we have enough time to get it back in time.
1. If you have a existing design that you want to use please send us a digital design. Otherwise we will provide a few designs to choose from.
2. On the front Team Name & Team logo (if existing) will be printed. Player Name and associated Number can be printed on the back.
3. US uniform size (SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE, X-LARGE, 2-XL, 3-XL) needs to be provided for each player.
4. Teams that do not provide the information will be given 5 - Medium, 5 - Large and 4 - X-Large and the numbers will be 1-14.
5. 14 uniforms will be provided. Extra uniforms are $30 each and has to be prepaid.
We would like teams to submit the team roster information by Sunday, August 20th 2017 so that we can publish the teams.
Changes to the roster has to be submitted to the Tournament Management Committee for approval with a proper reasoning. Team roster cannot be changed after Thursday, August 31st 2017.
We would like to publish the schedule by Friday, August 25th 2017 so that all teams can plan the trip and make all necessary arrangements.
Teams that are willing to play on Friday, September 1st will be scheduled one game a day (Friday, Saturday and Sunday with playoffs on Monday). All other teams will be scheduled 2 games on one day (might be even back to back games) and one game on the other day to finish the 3 league games before Sunday and playoffs will be scheduled on Monday. One 9:00 AM game is mandatory for each team.
All scheduling requests should be made prior to registration and depending on approval should go ahead. The tournament organizers will not entertain any scheduling requests after Friday, August 25th 2017.
All the prize money (team awards to individual awards) is given by check after the W-9 form is completed and submitted to the organizing committee.
Teams have a choice to order the lunch boxes (minimum 10) at $8 each (includes delivery charges). It will be catered from the tournament food partner - MIRCHI Restaurant and Country Oven - Indian Bakery.
