Terms of Service

1. Payment The Student agrees to pay the Tutor the agreed upon rate for tutoring services before the scheduled session or, if invoiced, within 2 days of receiving the invoice.

學生同意在預定課程之前，或在收到發票後的2天內（如果開具發票），向導師支付約定的輔導服務費用。

2. Cancellation If the Student cancels a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, the Student will be billed for that session. If cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the session is scheduled to begin, a full refund will be issued.

如果學生在課程開始前24小時內取消，該課程將會被收費。如果取消發生在課程開始前24小時以上，將全額退款。

3. Schedule Please let us know if you are going to be arriving late for tutoring. Unless notified, we will wait 15 minutes before assuming you are not going to show up.

如果您會晚到補習，請務必告知我們。除非另行通知，否則我們將等待15分鐘，之後會認為您不會出現。

4. No Guarantees or Warranties The Student understands that Seastar English does not guarantee any specific outcomes as a result of tutoring. Seastar English will provide a tutor to help the student succeed. The rest depends on the student.

學生明白 Seastar English 不保證輔導會帶來任何特定的結果。Seastar English 將提供導師協助學生成功。其餘則取決於學生。

5. Limitation of Liability In the event of litigation, Seastar English's total liability shall not exceed the amount of money Student paid Seastar English for services rendered.

如發生訴訟，Seastar English 的總責任不應超過學生為所提供服務向 Seastar English 支付的金額。

6. Termination Tutoring may be terminated by either party at any time.

任何一方均可隨時終止輔導。

7. Minors Where the Student is a legal minor, the Parent/Guardian shall enter into this tutoring contract on behalf of the Student and shall accept and agree to all the terms and conditions contained herein on behalf of the Student.

如學生為法定未成年人，家長/監護人須代表學生簽訂本補習合約，並代表學生接受及同意本合約所載的所有條款及細則。

8. Entirety of Agreement This contract represents the complete agreement between the Student and Seastar English. 

本合約代表學生與 Seastar English 之間的完整協議。

The student acknowledges that he/she has read the Contract and understands its terms and conditions. By scheduling a tutoring session, the student accepts this Contract on his/her own free will and agrees to be obligated under its terms.

學生確認已閱讀本合約並理解其條款與條件。透過預約輔導課程，學生自願接受本合約並同意受其條款約束。
