• Task-Related Data: When tasks are created or updated in the app, the related information (such as task details, assignments, and updates) is stored securely on the server.

• Providing location data is optional but can enhance the functionality of the Visit Update feature and improve map interactions. The location data, processed by Google Maps API, is used to display maps, pinpoint locations, and provide accurate directions for visits or tasks.

This data allows for more efficient logging and updating of visit information, ensuring that users have accurate location context when using the app. 

• Task-Related Data: Stored to facilitate task management and enable collaboration among company personnel.

3. Data Sharing

• The app does not share any location data or task-related data with third parties, except for the data processed by Google Maps API to provide map services. Google may collect location data and device information through the Maps API in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

All other data remains securely stored and accessible only to authorized personnel from The Searle Company Limited.

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a service provided by Google LLC, to send push notifications. This service may collect device information, such as device identifiers and IP addresses, to deliver notifications effectively.

Firebase is used solely to notify users about updates, features, or important information related to the app's functionality.
