I really enjoy teaching! I strongly believe in spreading the word about optimization and analytics. The parts of teaching I find most rewarding is breaking down technical concepts in an accessible manner, and watching students understand in real time. I also believe that you undergo the final stage of learning when teaching, both when conveying your ideas and when processing students' reactions/questions to your delivery. Instructor, Fall 2023–Fall 2025 Instructor for week-long orientation class for graduate students on optimization and machine learning. Designed material and gave lectures.
