Founded in January 2007, the main purpose of SEAMAC is to provide a quality training education for our Filipino workers working locally and internationally.
Duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and duly ISO 9001:2015 Certified by Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and accredited by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Overseas Worker Welfare Administration (OWWA) and Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA), SEAMAC offers various courses that upgrade the competency of engine, deck and steward personnel onboard and assessment for TESDA Qualifications that recognize the competency of person for a particular qualification.

SEAMAC shall lead in providing quality education and training with the aim of satisfying its customers’ needs and shall provide safe, adequate and pleasant teaching- learning condition to all trainees with the objective of improving their working skills and competencies by giving them the necessary and relevant upgrading education and training for the best interest of their companies – for their fruitful employment and better quality of life for their families. This shall be done by continually complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements set by the industry, and by improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System anchored on a strong Research and Development Program.
