Full payment must be made at least 3 working days before the delivery or event date.

Orders should be placed at least 3–5 working days in advance.

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 7 days of the delivery or event date.

Any changes to confirmed orders are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.

Delivery charges may apply depending on the delivery location and order size.

Menu items are subject to ingredient availability and may be substituted with items of equal value when necessary.

All food should be consumed within 2 hours of delivery for optimal quality and food safety.
