We create a contract book with the project mission statement, customer needs list and the product specifications. We then work on the conceptualization and after that do the Project Planning with the Budget amongst other things. This part of the project is incredibly important and it is the compass for the remaining stages of the project.

We work on the System Level Design which includes the Product Architecture, the Major Sub-Systems and Interfaces, a finer Industrial Design and Preliminary Component Engineering. We then define Part Geometry, Select Materials, Assign Tolerances and do Complete Industrial Design, Electronic Design, Software Development and Documentation.
