In the Spring of 2015, I had a replacement teaching contract at Mission Hills High School, in San Marcos. One of the final requirements for students was to interview for a position as a Digital Photographer for the fictitious company, "Grizzly Digital Photography." I chose that name because the school's mascot is the Grizzly. For students who were nervous about interviewing with a teacher they'd only met a few months earlier, I devised a series of questions in video format. Students were given the option of selecting ten questions to answer (from the list of 50), to save on their Google Drive, and then post on their Portfolio website.
