TECTOL("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, handle, and secure your information when you use our mobile application (the "Application").

With our latest updates, we have introduced secure cloud backup and authentication options to protect your data and synchronize it across your devices. Our core commitment remains unchanged: Your data belongs entirely to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party advertisers or analytics providers.

1. Information We Collect and How It Is Used

The Application provides utility features including a Calculator, a Counter, a Profile Page, a Notes Screen, and a Finance Manager. Here is how your data is handled within these features:

A. Authentication & Account Creation

To enable cloud backup and secure data synchronization, the Application offers three authentication methods:

• Email and Password Registration: We collect your email address to create and manage your secure account.

• Google Sign-In: If you choose to authenticate using Google, we receive basic authentication details (like your email address and profile identifier) from Google to set up your account.

• Anonymous Guest Sign-In: If you choose to browse as a guest, a temporary anonymous profile is created. This allows you to use the app immediately while still enjoying secure cloud database storage.

• How it is used: These credentials are used solely to authenticate your identity and isolate your personal database, ensuring no other user can access your records.

B. Notes

• Data Processed: Any text, titles, or content you write in the Notes section.

• Storage & Syncing: If you are authenticated, your notes are securely backed up and synchronized in real-time to Cloud Firestore. A copy is cached locally on your device's internal storage for offline access.

C. Finance Manager

• Data Processed: Any transaction records you input (incomes, expenses, categories, amounts, dates, and custom notes) along with your customized default currency symbol (defaulting to the Indian Rupee, ₹).

• Storage & Syncing: Your finance records and preferences are synchronized in real-time to your isolated Cloud Firestore account and cached locally for seamless offline performance.

D. Profile Page

• Data Processed: Your Display Name, Biography/Description, and an optional Profile Image.

• Image Uploads: If you choose to upload a profile photo, the Application requires access to your device’s photo library or camera.

• Storage & Syncing: Your profile details are synchronized and stored in the cloud under your authenticated profile.

E. Calculator & Counter

• Data Processed: Any inputs, calculations, or counts you perform are processed in real-time on your device and are not saved to the cloud.

2. Data Storage, Security, and Cloud Syncing

All user data in SDW Solutions is secured using industry-standard protocols.

• Real-Time Syncing: By utilizing Firebase Services, your notes, transactions, and profile data are synchronized to secure Google Cloud Firestore servers.

• Strict Security Rules: Access to your cloud data is locked using Firebase Security Rules. Your data is strictly isolated to your unique User ID (UID)—meaning only you can read, write, or delete your records.

• Account Deletion & Data Removal: You have complete control over your data. If you sign out or choose to delete your account, your local session is cleared. You can permanently delete your records directly within the application, which will erase them from both your device and our cloud servers.

3. Device Permissions

To support the Application's features, we may request the following permissions:

• Camera / Photo Library: Requested only if you choose to upload or change your profile image.

• Internet Access: Required to synchronize your notes, profile, and finance records securely with your cloud database and authenticate your account.

4. Third-Party Services

Other than utilizing secure Firebase Services (Authentication and Firestore) for account management and database backup, the Application does not include any third-party links, advertisement networks, or tracking SDKs. We do not use your data for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Children's Privacy

Because the Application is a productivity workspace that does not transmit personal data to advertisers or track user behavior, it is safe for users of all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children for commercial or marketing purposes.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new features or security practices. Any changes will be announced by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. Since your contact information is used strictly for authentication, we recommend reviewing this policy periodically within the App Store or the Application.
