The power supply is connected to a power source that supply the proper power needed for the vehicle. The most critical component in the project is the Raspberry Pi because it is controlling every single branch shown on the diagram. Both the ultrasonic transducer and the camera provide feedback to the Raspberry Pi to control the stepper motor. The camera also provide feedback to the servo, for lane keep technology.
This is the process the team followed to achieve the appropriate design.
Raspberry PI 3 was used to operate the vehicle. It assist with lane-keep through the top mounted camera, and stop the car from hitting obstacles through the ultrasonic transducer.
Atmega328p was programmed for the wireless communication system to switch the vehicle on and/or off.
This camera is top-mounted to assist with lane keep as well as detecting traffic lights and/or stop signs
The ultrasonic transducer helps the vehicle to stop driving while it senses any type of obstacles as it is moving forward.
