Autonomous driving is rapidly advancing. This includes government branches and consumer vehicles. A good government branch example you may have heard of is the US Navy un-crewed ship that sailed from San Diego to Hawaii. Another example would be the consumer's vehicle made by Tesla.

Inspired by Tesla, we sought to meet all the challenges associated with designing our fully autonomous RC-sized vehicle. Our vehicle is able to follow street lanes accurately, notice and stop as obstacles appear in the way, and able to detect red/yellow/green lights along with stop signs and react accordingly. Our design incorporates a powerful raspberry PI 3 B+, camera, BLE, ultrasonic sensor, stepper motors, and servo motors.

Our vehicle will be presented on December 10th, 2019. Along with presenting the prototype, the team will show a demo video of the car autonomously navigating a pre-lade-out course that is designed to show the car features.
