Hi, I'm Michael
About Me
Michael Pendleton brings over fifteen years of dedicated experience supporting individuals and families with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He began his career in Vermont after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Vermont, providing direct support in residential programs and serving as a case manager in employment services.
During this time, Michael also lived with and managed support for a man with multiple sclerosis, overseeing staff and ensuring consistent, high-quality support. After relocating to California, he continued providing direct support for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, helping one individual in particular transition successfully out of their family home. Under Michael’s guidance and care coordination, this person now lives independently with 24-hour staff support.
