Walk dogs while people take a shower, or eat dinner
Schedule: Daily (5:30 PM - 7:30 PM)
Location: Dreams for Change's safe parking lots in Spring Valley
Requirements: Megan’s Law screening, registration through Hands on SD
Pick up donated food from grocery stores, restaurants, etc.
Schedule: Throughout the week
Location: Sent after sign up
Requirements: CA driver’s license, ability to drive cargo van/personal SUV (training provided), lift 40lbs
Clothes Sorting, Restocking & Personal Shopping
Schedule: Mon-Fri(9-5), Sat (11-3)
Location: El Cajon Blvd
Requirements: Registration waiver required; ability to stand and lift up to 20 lbs needed
Virtual 1-on-1 tutoring to 2nd-6th grade students from underserved communities
Time: 2x a week, 12 weeks minimum commitment
Requirements: Registration through Step Up Tutoring, interview, training modules
Virtually research local businesses, schools, and faith organizations and request donations of items
Time: 2-5 hours per month
Requirements: Volunteer orientation and tour through PATH
