Host Institution Nomination Information
The nomination deadlines:
Fall/Autumn semester: March 31
Spring Semester: October 31
When nominating a student, please prepare the following supporting documents to upload.
Transcripts with all classes to date
Student should have an average U.S. GPA of 2.75 or higher.
Please provide a link to course descriptions. This helps our faculty evaluate whether the student has sufficient background for the classes they would like to take.
English Proficiency
Most European Countries
Student is required to have an English proficiency corresponding to at least B2 level in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
You will be asked to verify the student has this level.

The English proficiency requirement may be fulfilled by meeting one of the following:
Duolingo: Minimum score - 105
IELTS: Minimum score - 6.0
Pearson Test of English-Academic (PTE): Minimum score - 46
TOEFL - iBT (internet based test): Minimum score - 79
