The card reader operates with the driver automatically installed by the system. Alternatively you have the option to install a driver from the manufacturer's website. Please note that a driver is provided for the 4701 F model only, but it is suitable for the 4700 F model.

It is necessary to install the drivers from the manufacturer. Please follow the relevant link for your operating system. Please note that only the driver named "Windows 10 Drivers (SCL011 nPA)" is advised for this card reader.

In general, all card readers listed here with support for Windows can also be used on Windows terminal servers. Unfortunately, however, connection problems may occur for reasons such as unstable (Windows) drivers. If you encounter any problems, please contact the card reader manufacturer or Microsoft.
