Workshop One has been designed to share a selection of case studies of transdisciplinary initiatives undertaken in various African contexts to distil out the key scholarly/theoretical, institutional, and practical challenges that affect our TD research and its societal and SDG outcomes and then to identify existing or potential levers or enablers that could assist us to move forward and have the impacts needed for a more sustainable future through realizing the SDGs.

Workshop Three: To discuss and explore further the emergent themes across TD experiences and dig deeper into possible ways forward to progress this type of work in support of the SDGs and Agenda 2063. During this final workshop we will decide what headline findings, questions and directions to take forward into the Summit and ultimately into a concept note for funding purposes.
