You are a Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident or holder of a valid employment pass/work permit; and with the following minimum qualifications in a relevant discipline:
Diploma (min. duration 2yrs) or equivalent qualification;
Relevant Advanced Cert/Higher NITEC/Advanced NBQ with 2-3yrs of relevant work experience;
7 NITEC/Higher NBQ with min. 5yrs relevant work experience
Relevant certificate with 4-5yrs relevant work experience

Applicant must have BIM Modelling skills & relevant experience
Registration closes 2 weeks prior to class commencement or when class fully subscribed. BCA Academy reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.

Lessons will use REVIT software & no basic BIM modelling is taught.

Certification proof of completion of a BIM software# course (of not more than 2 years from date of issue) in your application:
BIM Basic/Fundamentals or equivalent from BCA Academy, polytechnics or recognised training centers (eg. Autodesk, etc); or
Minimum 2 yrs work experience as a BIM modeler in Architectural, Civil/Structural, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or Contractor's firm (you may provide a letter of proof from your company validating your experience as a BIM modeler)

FUNDING
SkillsFuture Study Award - Up to S$5,000 is available for self-sponsored Singapore citizens with relevant working experience to develop and deepen their skills in key sectors. (https://programmes.myskillsfuture.sg/Portal/ ProgramListing.aspx?Source=SFSA)
SkillsFuture Credit - The credit can be used to pay for the course fee approved by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) as listed in the SkillsFuture Credit directory. To utilise the SkillsFuture Credit, applicant will need to indicate in the online registration form (https://www.skillsfuture.sg/credit)
WTU funding is available for company-sponsored Singaporeans & Singapore PRs who registered for all modular certificates (www.bca.gov.sg/wtus)
COURSE FEE REVISION IN 2022
Course fee will be revised from 1 April 2022. To register your training placement at existing course fee (excluding Academic programme), please complete the registration and payment latest by 28 March 2022 (T&C apply).
TRANSITION OF WTU FUNDING TO SSG FUNDING
From 1 April 2022, as part of the efforts to review and consolidate funding schemes, WTU-funded courses will be transited to SSG Funding.

AWARD OF CERTIFICATE
A participant must attain at least 75% of attendance and complete all assessments to acceptable standards to be eligible to be awarded each modular certificate.
Certificate of Attendance will be issued if participant did not complete all assessments to acceptable standards, but attained at least 75% of attendance.
The successful completion of all modular certificates will lead to a Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM).

Withdrawal notice must be made in writing to bca_academy@bca.gov.sg
The following stated days are pegged to the modular certificate commencement date:
14 days or more, 10% cancellation fee
Less than 14 days but more than 3 working days, 25% cancellation fee
3 working days or less, 100% cancellation fee
Please note applicants are required to top-up the short-fall in funding amount if nett fee is paid upfront.
