This Privacy Policy explains how SDAI Creator Tools extensions handle information when users install and use them.
This policy currently applies to:
• SD Adobedata AI — BETA
Additional SDAI Creator Tools may be added to this policy as they are released.
1. PURPOSE OF SD ADOBEDATA AI
SD Adobedata AI is designed to assist Adobe Stock contributors with metadata workflows for their own contributor assets.
The extension can help generate, review, and apply metadata such as titles, keywords, and categories using an AI provider selected by the user.
2. INFORMATION THE EXTENSION HANDLES
To provide its requested functionality, SD Adobedata AI may handle:
• Adobe Stock contributor-page content required for the metadata workflow.
• Asset previews/content required to generate relevant metadata.
• Gemini or Groq API keys voluntarily entered by the user.
• Extension settings and processing preferences.
• Generated metadata and session information required for the extension workflow.
The extension does not intentionally collect health information, financial information, personal communications, precise location information, or information for creditworthiness or lending purposes.
3. API KEYS
Users may voluntarily provide their own Gemini or Groq API keys.
These API keys are stored using Chrome extension local storage so that the extension can use the selected AI provider.
API keys are used only to authenticate requests to the provider selected by the user.
Users are responsible for their own third-party API accounts, quotas, usage limits, and any charges imposed by those providers.
Users should never share their API keys publicly.
4. GEMINI AND GROQ PROCESSING
When a user selects Gemini or Groq and starts metadata processing, information necessary to perform the requested metadata-generation task may be transmitted to the selected AI provider.
This may include an asset preview and instructions or contextual information required to generate metadata.
Processing by those services is also subject to the applicable provider's own terms and privacy practices.
SDAI Creator Tools does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party AI providers.
5. LOCAL OLLAMA PROCESSING
When the user selects Ollama, SD Adobedata AI communicates with a compatible Ollama service running locally on the user's computer through localhost or 127.0.0.1.
The extension does not intentionally route an Ollama request through an SDAI-operated AI server.
The behavior of locally installed Ollama models and software remains subject to the user's own configuration.
6. ADOBE STOCK ACCESS
SD Adobedata AI accesses supported Adobe Stock contributor pages only as necessary to provide the contributor metadata workflow requested by the user.
This can include reading asset information or previews required for metadata generation and interacting with supported metadata fields.
The extension is designed for contributors working with their own contributor accounts and assets.
7. LOCAL STORAGE
The extension may use Chrome extension local storage to retain information required for its functionality, including:
• User-entered API keys.
• Extension settings.
• Selected processing options.
• API-key rotation state.
• Workflow or session information required by the extension.
8. DATA SALES AND ADVERTISING
SDAI Creator Tools does not sell user data.
User data handled by the extension is not used for personalized advertising.
User data is not used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
User data is not used or transferred for purposes unrelated to the extension's disclosed single purpose.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Depending on the features selected by the user, SD Adobedata AI may interact with third-party services including:
• Adobe Stock
• Google Gemini
• Groq
• Ollama
• WhatsApp, when the user voluntarily opens the SDAI Creator Tools Community link
Each third-party service operates under its own terms and privacy practices.
10. SDAI CREATOR TOOLS COMMUNITY
The extension contains a link to the SDAI Creator Tools — Official Community on WhatsApp.
Opening this link is optional and user initiated.
The extension does not use the Community link to read WhatsApp conversations, contacts, or messages.
Information voluntarily shared by users within WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices.
11. SECURITY
SDAI Creator Tools is designed to request only access reasonably required for its stated functionality.
Users should protect their API credentials and account information and should review generated metadata before submitting or publishing assets.
No software or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.
12. USER CHOICE AND CONTROL
Users control whether to:
• Install or uninstall the extension.
• Add or remove their API keys.
• Select Gemini, Groq, or local Ollama.
• Start metadata processing.
• Use the SDAI Creator Tools Community link.
Users can uninstall the extension through Chrome to stop using it.
13. CHILDREN
SD Adobedata AI is a professional contributor productivity tool and is not designed or directed specifically toward children.
14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated as SDAI Creator Tools develops, adds functionality, adds new tools, or changes its data practices.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will identify the latest revision.
Material changes will be reflected in the published policy as appropriate.
15. INDEPENDENCE AND TRADEMARKS
SD Adobedata AI and SDAI Creator Tools are independently developed by Surinder Dhanda.
They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Adobe Inc., Google, Groq, Ollama, Meta, or WhatsApp.
All third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
