The studio is located in Statesboro, GA across the road from Mill Creek Park.

Welcome to Southern Dance Academy and Baton (SDAB). We are a family friendly studio that focuses on allowing dancers/twirlers/tumblers to grow and enhance their skill level in doing something they love. Numerous classes are offered so there is certainly a class that will fit your desired skill level. Students may begin taking dance lessons in our Preschool, Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced Classes. Further, classes are also offered in Jr./Sr. Baton, Tumbling, or Performance Baton. Meet our staff:

Claire Hall, Lead Dance Instructor / Owner

~from Washington, Ga.

~current senior at Georgia Southern University, majoring in Education.

~15-year history with dance, with an organized studio, much like our very own SDAB studio. Not only during that time period was I a student, but I was also an assistant teacher.

~Is thrilled to be with SDAB this year!

Assistants:

Raina Dodson, Lead Twirling Instructor

~ holds numerous twirling titles.

~Is excited to share her love of twirling with all of SDAB students

Kellie Penix, Support Twirling Instructor

~ Former Georgia Southern Feature Twirler

~Twirled practically all her life, & holds numerous baton twirling titles.

~Has been involved with Southern Dance Academy and Baton for about 14 years.

Miss Zarria, Support Dance Instructor

~ has danced most of her life.

~ Loves working with younger students to instill her love of dancing to all.
