Lady Sailor Basketball is a cut sport for HMS girls in grades 6-8 during the fall season.  The Lady Sailor Basketball team comprises Junior Varsity (6th and 7th Graders) and Varsity (primarily 8th Graders) teams. The teams compete in the West Suburban Middle School Conference for the regular season and the Illinois Elementary School Association's State Series.
