Banquet Tickets: Tickets are $35 with registration and $40 if purchased on-site. After January 20, 2026, only a small number of tickets will be available, so securing one is not guaranteed.

Conference hours can be used for CEU credit OR graduate credit - not both.
Registration fee for the first table is $400 with each additional table being $100.
Each paid registration includes a Quarter Page (3" wide by 4" tall) OR Banner Size (6.5" wide by 2" tall) advertising space in the online conference booklet.
Exhibitor registration includes two conference registrations and lunches for both Friday and Saturday.
Tickets for Friday night’s banquet are NOT included in registration. Banquet tickets can be purchased for an additional fee.
All exhibitors are requested to furnish a door prize for both the Friday and Saturday noon luncheons.
Deadline for getting exhibitor information into the online conference booklet is December 15th.
Late registrations are welcome but exhibitor information may not be included in conference booklet.

Due by October 28, 2025.
Any submissions after that date may be considered at the discretion of the conference committee and may not make the booklet or advertisement.
The main presenter will receive an email confirming submission.
The Conference committee will meet in early November 2025 to schedule and approve proposals.
Confirmation of tentative acceptance emailed by December 1, 2025.
Once the proposal is tentatively accepted, the presenter(s) must complete a conference registration in order to present.
