Payment and Terms of Service
📋 WHAT IS REQUIRED FROM THE CUSTOMER:
Patience, ability to wait and readiness for unplanned delays.
You must notify me in advance of any payment or network access problems.
You must notify me if the work is tied to a specific date (for example, a gift to someone) and notify me no later than a month before the desired date (especially if the work is heavy and voluminous), because I draw slowly and there may be delays. Keep that in mind!
You can provide reference and/or artwork/photos/screenshots or a detailed description of the character (descriptions are only accepted if the character is very simple) for reference. Describe in detail the emotions and poses of the character, the environment, whether your character will interact with another character or the environment.
As an example, it is possible (even desirable) to include screenshots (if it is a game character and / or environment), photos, models or other works. If you just want good art, then I can base my own idea based on your preferences.
📋 PAYMENT, TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Payment
Payment is made by bank card, PayPal or Boosty (keep in mind that he takes an additional fee).
Please be aware that payments from Russia and several other countries may not go through due to the political situation. No PayPal invoices, only direct payment. If you pay via PayPal, the payment is sent directly to the specified mail, since in my country for some reason the invoicing function does not work.
No refunds after the commission is completed.
You must notify me in advance when paying.
Any changes to the finished commission are not included in the price!
The commission fee does not include taxes or currency conversion costs, etc. You must take this into account when paying.
Payment terms are discussed individually. If you have account details and paid without my knowledge, it will be considered a donation!
If for some reason you are not able to pay the commission, then you must notify me about this and together we will decide how to deal with this situation.
If, after my reporting on the completion of the commission, you don't contact me within a few days (maximum 10 days) and don't warn me in advance about any problems with communication, then further cooperation is terminated without a refund of payment and I reserve the right to use the work at my own discretion.
Deadlines
I'm bad with deadlines. I have never been able to work with them, and now even more so.
I prefer people who are really comfortable with waiting with no rush. The pressure and stress makes me work less/worse.
Trying to force it will end up in a lousy job that none of us will be happy with. My work directly depends on my well-being.
I can finish a commission in a few days or a couple of weeks or a month.Due to the events that are taking place in Ukraine, there may be delays. Consider this if you need an order by a certain date (for example, a gift).
I work out of order. I tend to work little by little on everything that is currently on my to-do list rather than working on just one commission.
I do this because it keeps me from getting tired of whatever I'm working on and keeps my stress levels more manageable.
If you think this is unfair, then you can find another artist, that's your right.
Terms of Service
English is not my native language. I apologize in advance for my mistakes.
Please, as simply as possible, but in detail, explain to me what exactly you want to see in your commission.I don't draw detailed fur/scales all over the body. Only small areas (for example, head, chest, tail, limbs and other small places).
My online status doesn't oblige me to answer you instantly, there may be various reasons for this. I will answer you as soon as I can and be ready to go.
Before work, I discuss all the conditions with you and, after all agreements, I provide a sketch for approval. After approval, I start work.
If at the sketch stage you don't understand some detail, you can ask me to draw it more clearly.
You have the right to ask me to show the work process for further consultation and possible amendments.
If you are not satisfied with something in the process of drawing your commission, then try to describe in detail which element and what exactly you do not like.
Messages like "looks weird", etc. are not perceived.Minor and non-essential edits are free of charge. Up to five major edits in the later stages of work with a surcharge. After the finished work, no edits are made!
Even as a commission customer, you do not have the right to change/edit it in any way (with the exception of resizing or cropping part of the art) on your own - redrawing, recoloring, erasing something, etc. You don't have the right to remove my signature from the work (you can move it, but so that it is visible).
I don't provide source .psd file with all layers. You get a completely finished commission in full size in .png without watermarks and with all versions (if they are provided) or, if necessary, in .psd with full size art with all versions and signature (for further conversion to the format and size you need).
After the work is completed, I show you a drawing to make sure that everything suits you.
You have the right to refuse the commission at any stage with a partial refund depending on stage of it (all sum before the start of work, 80% of amount paid if I started sketching and line and 50% after start of painting).
I also have the right to refuse work for personal reasons with a full refund. Also, cancel the work at any stage and return 80% of the amount paid in case of rude behavior of the customer, the inability to reach a full agreement regarding the work or violation by the customer of the terms of service. In this case, I have the right to use the work at my discretion.
Publication
You have every right to publish the work in your group/page or other resource with attribution and a link to the source, but not before I publish it on my pages.
No "secret" jobs. I publish all works (with a watermark if it's a commission) on my page.
I can post the drawing later if it was ordered as a gift.
📋 FOR WHAT I CAN RAISE THE COST OF WORK:
More than one character in a commission.
Complex and detailed background.
Difficult lighting and weather conditions.
Complex dynamic poses (fight scenes with a large number of characters, etc.).
Due to the addition of details in the future (after approval) or abuse of edits;
Many complex small details (details of appearance, armor, weapons, environmental items, etc.).
An abundance of mechanisms or partially/fully mechanical creatures.
